These changes extend into the bedroom, too. Very few women become set in their sexual ways. Quite the opposite: AMen's Healthexclusive survey of nearly 1,400 women found that sexual tastes shift with the passing years. To be specific, two-thirds of the women in their 30s and almost half of the women in their 40s revealed that their sexual palates had evolved in the past decade. And change can be good.
